We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns (PPC) and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website. Your expertise in PPC advertising platforms, keyword research, bid management, and SEO best practices will be crucial in achieving our online visibility and lead generation goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for PPC campaigns.
- Create and optimize PPC ads, including ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-action elements.
- Monitor and analyse PPC campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Implement bid management strategies to optimize campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve PPC campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Conduct SEO audits and keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search improvement.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and keyword rankings using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide recommendations and implement strategies to improve website structure, performance, and user experience from an SEO standpoint.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including website copy, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging PPC and SEO techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on PPC campaign management and SEO optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid management, and ad optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset and staying up to date with industry changes and best practices.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
