Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and monitoring google and social media campaigns.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on overall performance of campaigns.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on PPC campaign management and SEO optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid management, and ad optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Conduct regular site audits, track and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance
